Royale Cleaners is looking for independent cleaners who want flexibility, control over their availability, and the opportunity to earn more by providing excellent service.

> How You Earn

Contractors receive 40% of the customer revenuefor each cleaning opportunity they accept and complete.

> You Control Your Availability

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position.

Through the BookingKoala app, contractors can:

• Set their own availability
• Update availability weekly or monthly
• Review available customer opportunities
• Accept or decline individual opportunities
• Pick up available opportunities that fit their schedule

There are no guaranteed hours or minimum number of cleaning opportunities.

> What You Provide

Independent contractors are responsible for operating their own cleaning business/activity and providing their own:

• Cleaning supplies
• Cleaning equipment
• Reliable transportation
• General Liability insurance
• Contractor expenses
• Taxes and applicable registrations

Contractors are free to provide cleaning services to other customers and cleaning companies and are not required to work exclusively with Royale Cleaners.

> What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, professional cleaners who:

• Have previous residential or commercial cleaning experience
• Take pride in quality work
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Have their own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Have reliable transportation
• Carry appropriate liability insurance
• Are comfortable operating independently
• Want the flexibility to choose assignments

Important: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are not employees of Royale Cleaners and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, supplies, transportation, and expenses. Contractor classification is subject to applicable New Jersey law and the actual facts and circumstances of the relationship.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week

• Are you able to independently choose which Royale Cleaners customer opportunities you accept based on your own availability?
• Are you comfortable being responsible for your own business expenses, including cleaning supplies, equipment, transportation, insurance, and applicable taxes?
