Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in the diagnosis of equipment failures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, providing supervision and guidance as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various types of machinery.
- Electrical experience is essential; familiarity with ohmmeters is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients effectively.
