Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for an all-around individual with experience across multiple trades—or someone motivated to learn and grow long-term.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Handle a variety of tasks, including:
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Carpentry
- Painting and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and address issues proactively
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid further damage
- Assist with power washing and maintaining overall facility appearance
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Move furniture and equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance or related trades preferred
- Willing to learn and expand skills across multiple areas
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift and perform hands-on work
- Valid Driver’s License required
