Direct Care Worker – 1st Shift (36 Hours/Week)

Royal View Assisted Living, located in Canadian Lakes, is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Care Worker to join our team on 1st Shift. This position works 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and is scheduled for 36 hours per week.

Position Details:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor residents and report any changes in condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Follow resident care plans and facility policies
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Experience is preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate
