Royal Valet is seeking an experienced valet supervisor or manager to lead our team in Wichita. This person will be service focused and detailed oriented with experience both in valet parking and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the valet team to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Coordinate parking operations, ensuring efficient vehicle flow and adherence to parking regulations.
- Train and develop team members on Royal Valet systems and processes, proper driving techniques, safety protocols, and customer interaction skills.
- Maintain a relationship with clients and help to expand Royal Valet in Wichita.
- Oversee daily shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals.
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain safety standards by conducting regular inspections of parking areas and vehicles, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-focused roles.
- Strong driving skills with valid driver’s license; experience operating manual transmissions required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods; physically capable of managing outdoor conditions.
