Job Description
This Administrative position will be an opportunity to assist with day to day administrative tasks for the overall success of the Royal Valet team with a heavy emphasis on Human Resources related tasks. The position will involve working in the Royal Valet main office and supporting the management team in daily tasks essential to the function of the company. The ideal individual should exercise good judgment, possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, organizational and time management skills. The individual should be able to work independently and have discretion with handling confidential information.
Job Responsibilities
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Review reports for accuracy.
• Oversee personnel folders for accuracy.
• Assist in team member on boarding and new hire paper work.
• Perform initial phone interviews for new hires.
• Assist in new hire orientations.
• Assist in other tasks as requested by management team.
• Create systems and procedures by analyzing practices, record keeping systems, and forms.
• Function as executive assistant to CEO.
• Maintain confidentiality on behalf of the company, its clients, and its employees.
