Key Responsibilities
- Government Relationship Management: Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with government agencies, public works departments, transportation authorities, and other relevant entities.
- Procurement & Contracting: Navigates government procurement processes including RFPs, RFQs, cooperative purchasing agreements, and GSA schedules. Assists in preparing bid responses and quotes. Ensures compliance with public sector contracting requirements.
- Product Demonstration & Training: Coordinates and conducts product demonstrations tailored to government applications (e.g., safety vehicles, attenuators, traffic control). Trains agency personnel on product features, safety standards, and operational benefits.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Provides technical and regulatory guidance to support government sales efforts. , coordinates delivery schedules, and sales allowances in accordance with agency expectations and contract terms.
