Our Guest Services Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients, and we are looking for someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for working with the senior population.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with serving meals and providing exceptional dining experiences for our patients
- Answer calls from patients and their family members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare rooms for new admissions, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our patients, including providing assistance with daily tasks and activities
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and services to our patients
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing excellent service to patients and families
- Previous experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation center is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 9:00am-5:30pm
- Bilingual skills are a plus
What We Offer:
