Ideal candidates will have:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional body shop technician experience
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- An understanding that our customers are our livelihood
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Valid State drivers license and good driving record
- Technical or trade school degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and repair vehicle per estimate according to manufacturer standards
- Disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material
- Work as a team player to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles
- Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
- Positive attitude and fix it right the first time mentality
