Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Fort Myers, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing superior customer service, and assisting with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include property showings, negotiating sales, tracking market trends, and preparing necessary documentation. The role requires attending community events and building networks to identify and capitalize on real estate opportunities.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Customer Service experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
- Sales experience and ability to close deals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Fort Myers and Southwest Florida areas is a plus
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
