This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasco, WA, for a Commercial Estimator. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, analyzing construction requirements, collaborating with clients to define project specifications, and managing project costs. Additional duties include evaluating project plans, understanding roofing systems, and working collectively with the project management team to ensure budgets and timelines are achieved.
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and a strong understanding of roofing systems
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients
- Experience in Budgeting and Project Management to monitor and control costs and timelines effectively
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications, specifically related to roofing and construction
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in software tools or systems related to construction and estimating is a plus
- Previous experience in commercial roofing or the construction industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education in Construction Management or related fields is a plus
