This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Estimator based in Pasco, WA. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing projects, managing project budgets, and coordinating with clients and team members. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost breakdowns, and assisting in project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Skills in Construction Estimating and knowledge of Roofing materials and techniques
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Strong Budgeting and Project Management skills
- Proficiency in computer software related to estimating and project management
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
