Qualifications
• Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment.Â
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.Â
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.Â
• Certification in pool operation preferred.Â
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.Â
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsÂ
• Valid driver's license preferred.Â
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.Â
• Read, write and understand English.Â
