The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to both Sales Managers and prospective clients. Primary Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming phone calls, email inquiries, and internet leads with professionalism and prompt attention
- Supporting multiple Sales Managers simultaneously with daily requests, projects, and administrative tasks
- Partnering with Sales Managers to create contracts, amendments, and other client-facing documents
- Processing sales commissions, maintaining commission records, and assisting with commission tracking and reporting
- Coordinating and scheduling site tours for Sales Managers, ensuring all tour details and logistics are arranged in advance
- Maintaining and updating booking information within sales systems and databases
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to event execution
