The Office Coordinator will assist with greeting all visitors, employees and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resource and Engineering office. Responsibilities will include maintenance of incoming calls and emails, special projects, coordination of certain employee relations events, maintenance of the office environment including administrative responsibilities and assisting with invoices and vendor contracts.
Qualifications
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Must be able to monitor emails and handle as necessary
- Manage invoices
- Manage Engineering's Excel Budget Ledger
- Work closely with vendor and vendor contracts
