Royal Olive Homecare LLC is an approved Wisconsin Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) provider seeking compassionate, dependable, and engaging Caregivers, Respite Providers, and Mentors to support children and young adults throughout Dane County.

This is more than simply supervising someone. We are looking for team members who can build meaningful relationships, encourage independence, help develop everyday life skills, create positive experiences, and provide families with dependable support.

Every child and young adult we serve is unique, with their own personality, strengths, interests, goals, schedule, and support needs. We thoughtfully match team members with individuals based on compatibility, experience, interests, location, availability, and the needs of the family.

What You May Do

Depending on the individual and services authorized, responsibilities may include:

• Providing one-on-one respite care and supervision
• Building positive and supportive relationships with children and young adults
• Mentoring and encouraging social, emotional, and personal development
• Helping develop daily living skills and greater independence
• Supporting established routines and individualized goals
• Participating in community outings and recreational activities
• Engaging in activities such as sports, games, arts and crafts, nature walks, music, and other interests
• Assisting with appropriate personal support needs when required
• Providing transportation for approved activities when applicable
• Communicating professionally with families and Royal Olive Homecare management

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for people who are patient, reliable, responsible, compassionate, energetic, and genuinely enjoy helping children and young adults grow and succeed.

You may be a great fit if you have experience in:

• Caregiving or respite care
• Childcare
• Mentoring or youth programs
• Special education
• Behavioral or developmental support
• Community-based services
• Working with children or individuals with disabilities

Relevant experience is valuable, but we also welcome applicants who demonstrate strong character, dependability, patience, willingness to learn, and a genuine ability to connect with the individuals we serve.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required background checks
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Ability to follow individualized support plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation to assigned service locations
• Ability to complete required training and service documentation
• Comfortable working independently in family homes and community settings

Flexible Scheduling

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities based on family needs, available referrals, and team member availability.

Schedules may include weekday daytime, after-school, evening, and weekend hours.

Team members may be matched with one or more individuals depending on availability, location, compatibility, desired hours, and the needs of the families we serve.

Service Area

Current and upcoming opportunities may be available throughout Dane County, including:

Madison Middleton Fitchburg Sun Prairie and surrounding communities
