Description:
Prepares nutritional food for residents, employees, visitors, and caterings. Monitors residents diet orders and prepares and serves residents meals. Operates and maintains the cleanliness of kitchen equipment. Assist with the cleaning of the kitchen area. Assist with the preparation and service of food to residents, employees, and visitors. Helps maintain the cleanliness of utensils and equipment in the kitchen and service area. Will help in the serving of the residents and employees in the dining room.
Requirements:
A. Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
B. Personal Job-Related Skills: ABILLITY TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH.
C. Licensure, Registry or Certification: None required.
D. Experience:
1. Prior Work Experience: One year of previous institutional food preparation preferred, But we will train you.
2. Technical Training: None required.
