Experienced Bartender
Royal Oak Taphouse is under new ownership, and we’re looking for experienced bartenders to join our team! We’re building something great and are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We want someone who is excited to grow with us as we continue to expand and improve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong beer knowledge is a must, including craft, domestic, and import beers
- Ability to make quality cocktails while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to every guest
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and other beverages accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Recommend beers and drinks based on guest preferences
- Follow all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
- Work closely with the rest of the team to create a great guest experience
