A well-established, multidisciplinary cardiology team in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking to hire an experienced, Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a growing heart and vascular program.
This is a clinic-based, outpatient practice with no call and no weekend requirements, supported by a rotational reading schedule and access to a full spectrum of specialists including interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and vascular surgery.
The practice offers state-of-the-art facilities, including specialized catheterization labs, minimally invasive procedures, and cardiac rehabilitation, with services spanning arrhythmia care, heart failure management, cardiovascular screening, and vascular care — all supported by a fully integrated Epic EMR system and an experienced provider group available for mentorship. Candidates must be an MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine, and licensed or eligible for licensure by the Wisconsin State Medical Board, with a collaborative, patient-centered approach and a passion for caring for patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, or the medically underserved.
The compensation package includes a two-year guaranteed salary with an incentive formula from the outset, a signing bonus, and student loan repayment assistance. Additional benefits include generous vacation and CME time with a $5,000 CME expense reimbursement, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, occurrence-based malpractice coverage with tail included, relocation reimbursement up to $15,000, a 401(k) with company match plus 457(b) eligibility, and company-paid dues, memberships, and license fees.
