The clinical structure is well-balanced and designed for a sustainable, rewarding practice. The typical schedule includes morning or afternoon hospital rounding, three to four days of clinic per week, and one procedure day — with flexibility as volume grows. Call coverage is a favorable 1:4 rotation, with ER call limited to established panel patients only — no unassigned patients. The office is modern and well-equipped, featuring exam rooms, onsite diagnostics, and a device clinic.
