Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is a leading manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label charcoal, manufactured fire logs, fire-building products, matches and toothpicks. In addition, the Company also manufactures railroad cross ties, which strengthens our relationship with our suppliers in the charcoal business. We offer a full suite of grilling products including charcoal briquettes, all-natural lump charcoal, fire starters along with the Pine Mountain fire-building brand, the Diamond brand, and the Specialty Wood Products brand.
Position Summary
Missouri Tie is looking for a Utility Operator C - This position will have general labor duties not limited to, keeping the yard clean by picking up cross outs, banding, strips, etc. This job consist of wrapping bundles of ties with metal strapping for ties as they have been produced.
Job Responsibilities
This position will have general labor duties not limited to, keeping the yard clean, may consist of banding ties as they have been produced, help process green ties, and help spread ties for air stacks.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to follow directions.
- Able to withstand long hours of work while standing or moving.
- Maintain good eye to hand coordination
- Must have dependable transportation
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Maintain good clean work area
- Identify quality issues
- May involve repetitive movements
- Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling as necessary
- Due to the open environment, must be able to work in extreme weather and temperature conditions
