We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our dynamic golf cart team. Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle exterior washing using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to remove dirt, grime, and contaminants.
- Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore paint clarity and shine.
- Apply vehicle interior detailing including vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing to ensure a spotless interior environment.
- Utilize manual transmission skills for moving vehicles safely within the facility or during detailing processes.
- Follow safe work practices at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents.
- Assist with window tinting services when required, ensuring precise application without damage to the vehicle.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process, adhering to quality standards and customer expectations while managing heavy lifting tasks as needed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of standard passenger car operation and familiarity with various vehicle makes and models.
- Proficiency in automotive buffing, polishing, and paint correction techniques using professional buffers.
- Experience with vehicle exterior washing, interior detailing, and overall auto detailing procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently in an auto detailing facility environment.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle’s condition and services performed.
- Knowledge of safe work practices related to heavy lifting, janitorial tasks, and custodial experience within an auto care setting.
- Basic understanding of window tinting application processes; previous experience is a plus but not required.
