We are a sales and business consulting firm working with large telecommunications clients to bring their updated products and services to their local consumer base. The role involves delivering sales support and brand recognition for AT&T's wireless services. The Customer Associate will utilize established service frameworks to ensure all customer communications are managed according to client guidelines.

As a Customer Associate, you translate technical complexity into understandable clarity for local homeowners and decision makerss. The Customer Associate supports device selection, manages wireless sales assignments, processes activations with audit-ready precision, and ensures post-purchase concerns are resolved.

Customer Associate Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial contact for customers, addressing inquiries about AT&T cell phones and wireless plans with clarity and professionalism.
  • Resolve device setup, plan adjustments, and returns, ensuring timely and customer-focused solutions.
  • Match household needs with AT&T's wireless plans, emphasizing reliability, affordability, and performance.
  • Process activations, upgrades, and enrollments while maintaining sales accuracy and billing compliance.
  • Answer billing questions, apply promotions, and explain service agreements to ensure transparency.
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Associates to escalate complex issues and uphold AT&T standards and data security.

Qualifications of the Customer Associate Role:

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or similar people-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to explain AT&T smartphone plans, resolve service concerns, and build customer trust.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with resilience to excel in fast‑paced environments and consistently achieve performance goals.
  • Proficiency in sales platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to manage accounts, track metrics, and ensure compliance with AT&T and Customer Associate standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51, $59,000.00 per year
