We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to serve as Royal Manufacturing’s brand ambassador to local and national homebuilders in the greater Houston area. Ideal candidates will excel in creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers while consistently pursuing sales opportunities. This role requires frequent travel within the territory to meet customers and prospects.
Responsibilities:
· Execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted sales goals in the Houston area.
· Identify and pursue sales opportunities with local and national homebuilders.
· Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Conduct product presentations to showcase Royal Manufacturing’s offerings.
· Assess each customer’s needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Royal Manufacturing’s products and services.
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
· Utilize Royal Manufacturing’s direct sales model to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
· Embrace face-to-face interactions as a critical component of success and relevance within our industry.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts on a regular basis, by customer.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of success – preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
- Polished negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of building materials and residential home construction processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger, regional sales team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
