In this role, you won't just manage processes- you'll enhance the entire employee lifecycle, collaborate with leaders, and help create an engaging, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
What You'll Own
In this role, you'll be the center of our people operations, driving both daily execution and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the go-to HR contact for employee questions, policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Manage and optimize our HR system (UKG Ready) for accuracy and efficiency.
- Process weekly payroll and generate reports for leadership.
- Lead benefits administration (enrollments, audits, and compliance).
- Deliver a seamless onboarding & new hire experience.
- Partner with leaders on recruiting and hiring decisions.
- Support employee relations, investigations, and performance decisions.
- Manage leave programs (FMLA, ADA accommodations).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain HR records and conduct I-9 audits.
- Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 Years of HR experience with strengths in payroll, employee relations, and coaching.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
- Experience with UKG Ready is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish to support a diverse workforce.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
