Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate and plan meetings, events, work orders, and other arrangements
- Assist with project coordination to ensure deadlines are met and communication flows effectively
- Perform general office, clerical, filing, and data entry duties to maintain organized office operations
- Prepare documents through proofreading, transcription, and formatting for presentations and reports
- Serve as a front desk representative, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors
- Assist the owner with a variety of daily operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain organization, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the office
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong leadership, organizational, and managerial skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent typing, communication, and customer service skills
- Previous experience in office management or clerical roles is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain professional under pressure
