Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Engage students in meaningful activities that promote learning and development.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs of students, including those with special education requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive school community.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and report any issues or concerns to school administration.
Experience
- A background in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Development is preferred.
- Experience working with students in various educational settings, including private schools or special education environments.
- Familiarity with Literacy Education practices and Curriculum Development is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods or other alternative educational approaches is a plus.
- Strong Classroom Management skills are essential for creating an effective learning atmosphere.
