About the Role:
Join Royal Key Supply as an Inventory Receiving and Purchase Order Associate to help keep our inbound pipeline moving with accuracy. You’ll work in a supportive role at a fast-growing company with advancement opportunities. Day to day responsibilities include entering/receiving purchase orders, assisting the Inventory Receiving Coordinator with inbound shipments, verifying and accepting Purchase Orders against packing slips, labeling products, and assisting with stock put-away in the warehouse.

Royal Key Supply, is a fast-growing online supplier for automotive locksmiths, auto dealerships and repossession businesses. With a B2B/Wholesale focus, we supply locksmiths with the tools, equipment, and keys to help keep their business moving steady.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, verify, and accept inbound shipments against purchase orders
- Confirm quantities, SKUs, and product condition upon arrival
- Collaborate with Purchasing department on any receiving issues or vendor follow-ups
- Help maintain clean inventory records for downstream fulfillment accuracy
- Enter purchase order data on inventory planning system
- Product Labeling: Print product labels for daily inbound shipments.
- Receiving put-away of product to their correct warehouse locations
- Maintain clean, organized receiving areas
Experience and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1 year in receiving/shipping or inventory control role (eCommerce a plus)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and Google Docs/Sheets
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platform (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn digital workflows
- Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks to meet same-day receiving workflows

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
