About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales / Market Development professional to join our team in Shelbyville, Kentucky.
As part of a growing international company (Royal Kerckhaert), you will work closely with dealers and farriers to expand our presence in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and actively contributing to business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Drive sales growth within your assigned region
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity
- Support and execute dealer marketing strategies and initiatives
- Attend industry events and engage directly with customers
- Follow up with farriers and support product and market feedback
- Identify opportunities to expand the dealer network
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales or business development experience preferred
- Self-starter who works independently and takes ownership
- Interest in the equine / farrier industry is a plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment
