Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Operate floor care equipment including buffers and polishers to maintain shiny, well-maintained flooring.
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects, including high dusting and deep cleaning tasks in large or specialized spaces.
• Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or equipment to the appropriate department.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are properly stored and in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services or related fields such as commercial or industrial cleaning.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing surfaces.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
