Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced marketing agency environment, enjoys working with multiple brands, and has hands-on experience with content creation, video editing, social media strategy, and client communication.

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, develop engaging content, lead content shoots, and build strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies for different brands.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead on-site client content shoots.
• Capture and edit engaging short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
• Write creative captions and develop content concepts aligned with each client's goals.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding content planning, approvals, feedback, and updates.
• Manage multiple deadlines while ensuring content is delivered and published on schedule.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal team members to execute creative campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working at a marketing or social media agency managing multiple client accounts is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional social media management experience.
• Strong experience with content planning, strategy, and execution.
• Hands-on experience planning and conducting client content shoots.
• Proficiency in short-form video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience communicating directly with clients and managing content approvals.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.

Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
