Your Role:
- Build trusting relationships with referral sources within the Portland OR market place
- Embody the Royal Hospice way of caring, present a new hospice message to our referral sources...build trust not by persuasion, but by presence.
- Open doors with warmth, not with pitch. Show referral partners and families that hospice can be both clinically excellent and deeply human.
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure our patients, their families, and our referral sources receive the touch of care they desire.
You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare as a marketer/sales/liaison of building referral relationships.
- A natural ability to connect, educate, and inspire trust.
- Your steady presence...Comfortable in hospitals, clinics, and living rooms alike.
