Duties

• Perform injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox) in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual goals and medical histories
• Educate patients on procedure expectations, post-treatment care, potential risks, and benefits to ensure informed consent
• Maintain precise medical documentation of all procedures performed, including treatment details, patient responses, and follow-up instructions
• Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to prevent contamination during procedures
• Manage patient consultations, including initial assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care coordination
• Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after treatments to ensure safety at all times
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic injectables, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless integration of aesthetic services within the broader clinical offerings
• Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations such as HIPAA for patient privacy and OSHA standards for workplace safety

Skills

• Proven experience administering injections, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments
• Sales Experience to keep reoccurring clients and grow our client base
• Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to facial aesthetics and injection sites
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation
• Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure clients effectively
• Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to aesthetic procedures and pharmacology of injectables
• Experience working in medical settings like outpatient clinics, dermatology offices, or surgical centers is highly desirable
• Skilled in aseptic technique, sterile processing, and infection control measures
• Ability to handle multiple patients efficiently while maintaining high standards of care
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred but not required; willingness to obtain if necessary
• Familiarity with medical imaging or laboratory experience is a plus but not essential
