What You’ll Do
- Manage clinical services and patient care delivery. Ensure care aligns with physician orders, plans of care, and regulatory standards
- Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff to maintain performance and accountability
- Direct scheduling, and clinical coverage to support operations
- Drive quality, compliance, and survey readiness to meet regulatory standards
- Review and resolve incidents and patient care concerns
- Develop, implement, and maintain staff training programs, including patient care standards, competency validation, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices; ensure staff are trained, tested, and compliant
- Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida RN license
- 2 years in home health or healthcare leadership
- Proven ability to manage staff and clinical operations
- Strong knowledge of compliance, audits, and quality standards
- Experience drafting clinical documentation, policies, and care processes
- Ability to implement and maintain operational and service delivery systems
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
- Organized, decisive, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory entities
