Job Description
The Royal Gorge Route Railroad is looking for a highly motivated Seasonal On Board Leader (OBL) to join our award-winning team. Primary responsibilities include operations, staff management and food and beverage quality control. You will manage front/back of house operations and service teams to ensure each and every passenger receives the first class service we promise to deliver each and every day. You will support the Food and Beverage Director in day-to-day operations including but not limited to scheduling/managing/coaching onboard services team members.
The Royal Gorge Route is a rolling restaurant, offering ride and dine experiences daily to more than 150,000 guest per year. As On Board Leader you'll be leading teams and delivering excellent guest experiences aboard our breakfast, lunch, afternoon and dinner trains that run through the beautiful Royal Gorge.
We're looking for professional, authentically friendly, service-oriented people who prioritize safety and enjoy working with guests and team members. Candidates must have 2-5 years experience managing restaurants in a full-service food and beverage environment.
