Royal Gorge Bridge & Park is seeking a creative and motivated Content Coordinator to support our marketing and communications team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented storyteller with a passion for photography, videography, and social media. As our Content Coordinator, you’ll help capture the magic of the Royal Gorge experience, engage with our online community, and keep our digital presence vibrant and up to date. This is a part-time position up to 29 hours per week. Wage range $18.50-$19.50.
Key Responsibilities and essential functions (not an all inclusive list)
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of daily park activity, events, attractions, and guest experiences.
- Assist with editing short-form video content, including Reels, TikTok, and promotional clips.
- Organize and maintain the park’s digital media library.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others as assigned.
- Respond to comments, messages, and guest inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Monitor social trends and suggest content opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute the monthly content calendar.
- Uphold the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park brand voice and visual identity across all digital content.
- Assist with onsite event coverage, including Boo at the Bridge, Bridge of Lights, and other special programs.
- Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong interest in social media, photography, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt within a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Comfortable with customer engagement and positive public communication.
- Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and event days.
- Pass a background screen
- Drive a company cart
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Photo and video editing software knowledge (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
- Previous social media or content creation experience.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.50 to $19.50
