- Maintain store appearance through effective merchandising and organizing displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during inquiries or order placements.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and participating in regular inventory counts.
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
