We are an independently owned and operated authorized Royal Furniture dealer seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate for our retail showroom.
This is a commission-based retail sales position with hourly base pay and uncapped earning potential. If you have experience in retail sales, furniture sales, mattress sales, appliance sales, or commissioned sales, we encourage you to apply.
4-6 Week Training Wage (guaranteed earnings during onboarding period)
Responsibilities
- Provide a consultative retail sales experience
- Sell furniture, mattresses, and appliances
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals
- Present financing options and protection plans
- Follow up with customers and manage leads
- Maintain accurate sales documentation
- Support showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Retail sales or commissioned sales experience preferred
- Furniture sales experience a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong closing skills
- Customer-focused and persuasive
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and 40 hours per week
