Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Training is paid, at $15 an hour. After training is complete, you can expect to be paid per job with the minimum being $22.50 an hour, or higher for jobs which are more demanding. When a cleaning job is accepted by you, it can be scheduled to fit your current timing needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
Experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
