Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and a passion for creating innovative spaces. This role requires proficiency in various design software and tools, as well as excellent project management skills to oversee projects from conception to completion. The Designer will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Able to manage production builders independently
- Able to manage custom builder accounts with help
- Able to manage mid-range remodeling projects with help
- Moderate knowledge of product lines, company processes and software
- Good working knowledge of 2020 Design software, works independently on most projects
- Process cabinet orders with little to no supervision
Requirements
- 2 years of cabinet design.
- Proficiency in 2020 cabinet design software or similar product.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and renovation techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting practices related to design projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
