Hiring Employees for Full-time, Year Around, Inside Work

· No experience needed - Must be 21 or older -We will train - Hands on Labor

• Full time employed position (Not a sub-contractor job)
• Paid training and travel expenses in Columbus, OH (training is 3-4 weeks)
• 20.00 hourly during training ($23 - $27 after)
• $150 per month vehicle allowance plus monthly gas allowance
• Paid Holiday time off

Resurfacing Company--Working in the Apartment industry since 1990.

Duties include:
Cleaning, preparing, striping, and sanding for resurfacing in Apartment Communities. Resurface painting tubs, showers, tile walls, counter-tops and cabinets. Requires wearing a respirator (no full beard) and other protective gear for safety. Cleaning site after work is complete.

Job requirements:

• -Must be 21 years of age or older
• -Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• -No more than 3 pts on Driving Record
• -Can lift 50 pounds
• -Dependable, detail oriented, hands-on service, hard worker
• - Personal vehicle for work Required (local travel, truck preferred)
• -Drug free environment- Drug test required before hiring
• -Must pass drug and background check. No Felonies
