Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Aberdeen, MD. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including supervising team members, coordinating shifts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain store standards, monitors inventory, assists with merchandising, and promotes a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, resolving concerns, and reinforcing a culture of strong customer service and satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring cash handling, supporting retail loss prevention efforts, and assisting with training, coaching, and development of store staff.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and leadership, both verbally and in writing.
- Store Management skills, including experience in supervising staff, managing daily operations, and supporting scheduling and workflow.

- Prior experience in retail, convenience store, or quick-service environments is highly beneficial.
