We are actively repositioning commercial assets for data center use. Several sites are in advanced stages — powered shells with high-voltage infrastructure, confirmed fiber, negotiated utility tariffs, and favorable zoning already in place. Pipeline is real and moving.
We need a senior operator to take ownership of this vertical.
Responsibilities:
— Build and deliver buyer-ready asset packages for data center prospects
— Lead direct conversations with hyperscale, colocation, and edge operators
— Identify gaps in existing site documentation and resolve them
— Structure and negotiate LOIs, NDAs, and transaction terms
— Advise on pricing and positioning per asset
— Expand the team as pipeline requires
Requirements:
— 5 years in data center site acquisition, development, or asset repositioning
— Direct relationships with hyperscale or colocation decision-makers
— Full fluency in power infrastructure, interconnection, fiber, zoning, and deal underwriting
— Proven record of closed transactions — not just pipeline managed
— Operates independently from day one
Compensation: base salary equity participation commensurate with experience.
