This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist based in Antioch, CA, with the option for some remote work. The Mental Health Therapist will provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy. Responsibilities include creating and implementing treatment plans, conducting mental health assessments, managing cases, and providing support to clients with diverse emotional and psychological needs. - Experience and proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Expertise in Mental Health, including conducting assessments and therapeutic interventions
- Skills in Social Work practices and processes
- Proficiency in Family Therapy and working with diverse family dynamics
- Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent
- Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus
