What You'll Do
- Install residential garage doors and openers.
- Use tools and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety.
- Take responsibility for your tools, equipment, and jobsite.
- Deliver professional service to our customers.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining your vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Documenting work and keeping accurate records
- Representing the Royal Door brand professionally in the field
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude: Comfortable using tools, fixing things, and figuring out how equipment works.
- Hands-on experience: Background in construction, automotive, maintenance, installation, or another skilled trade preferred.
- Strong work ethic: Self-motivated, dependable, and productive without constant supervision.
- Accountability: Takes responsibility and follows through.
- Growth mindset: Eager to learn new skills and improve.
- Physical ability: Comfortable lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working outdoors.
Garage door experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
