Position Overview

This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Royal Door is a full service garage door company that works with homeowners all around the KC metro area. We take pride in our outstanding 5.0 Google rating and are looking for someone who will uphold our name.
Full Time 40 hrs/week
Hours: 10:00am- 6:00pm
Pay: Starting at $20/hr
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Schedule free service & repair estimates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our system.
- Track technician performance data.
- Work closely with our Office manager to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and on time.
- Deliver a top-notch customer experience — every call, every time.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail especially with data entry.
- Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Comfortable with scheduling software, email, and basic computer programs.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
