The Opportunity
We are hiring a Commercial Accounts Manager to take ownership and grow our commercial department.
This is a role where you will:
- Drive new business and revenue growth
- Manage large commercial projects from start to finish
- Estimate, bid, and close projects
- Communicate scope, expectations, and changes with the commercial team
- Build and manage long-term relationships with clients
- Bring organization and leadership to the entire process
- Deliver exceptional customer service & ensure customer satisfaction
- Track revenue and growth goals, and deliver monthly reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball
- Self-starter mindset
- Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- Strong proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet business objectives
- Proficiency with CRM software is preferred
- Experience in construction, trades, or service industry is preferred
- Has competency and efficiency in reading blueprints
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $60,000 base salary sales commission (projected annual income is 95K-125K )
