Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines outside sales (in-person visits) with inside sales activities, focusing on building new business and growing existing accounts within dental practices and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).
This is a relationship-based sales role—no high-pressure tactics. We reward performance, initiative, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business through in-person visits to dental offices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive account growth
- Present dental products and services in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Conduct outbound calls for prospecting and follow-ups
- Track and manage sales activity using CRM or internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Attend trade shows, dental events, and industry conferences
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in sales, outside sales, or account management
- Strong communication skills (in-person and phone)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable with local travel and face-to-face client interaction
- Experience using social media for business development is a plus
- Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000 – $57,000 per year
