- Compensation: $22.04 - $24.68 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)
- Additionally, this position offers a ‘per closed file’ incentive, which is integrated into the overall compensation package.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years in a Mortgage Loan Related Role or one year experience in HELOC Processing
- NMLS Certification
- Must be bondable upon hire
- Deep understanding of federal and state regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, CTR, and SAR, along with financial services and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex loan files, calculate income (including self-employment), and resolve underwriting conditions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple deadlines, shifting priorities, and high-volume environments with accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with Members, Mortgage Loan Officers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools, with the ability to learn new technologies and perform routine tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working in a Mortgage Loan Processing Department
- Full-time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Hours and shifts vary between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday with additional hours, as needed.
- Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
- Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
