What You’ll Do:

To evaluate, design, and continuously improve business processes with a Member-first focus. This includes researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and system requirements. The analyst translates business requirements into functional system requirements for appropriate implementation. Serve multiple business units across the organization by leading assigned projects and process improvements, and managing assigned project tasks and escalated support tasks; maintaining focus on Member and team member experience and alignment with business strategy.

Our Commitment To You:

• Compensation: $75,400.00 - $86,715.20 annually (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What’s Needed For This Position:

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in experience in business administration, business analytics or similar field.
• Two (2) years analytical and problem solving experience

We’d Love To See:

• One (1) year process design, development, and facilitation experience
• Process Improvement certification
• Must be bondable

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including gathering, interpreting, and synthesizing data to evaluate and improve business processes while driving standardization and consistency.
• Proficiency in process improvement and project management methodologies, with the ability to manage moderately complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with team members, leaders, and vendors and document processes, procedures, and business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support change initiatives, facilitate process improvement efforts, resolve issues, and maintain composure in high-stress situations.
• Solid technical aptitude, including working knowledge of enterprise business systems, Microsoft Office products, digital tools, and data analysis or process automation technologies, while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Typical work hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday with additional hours, as needed. This is a salaried, exempt-level position.

Training:

• Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
• Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
