Royal Coach Tours is an award winning, family-owned transportation company with over 60 years in the transportation business! Winners of multiple safety, maintenance awards; Royal Coach was recently awarded the International Motor Coach Group Bus Operator of the year. We are looking to add to a new member to our team.
Responsible for overseeing the Commuter Shuttle, Charter, and Operations department. The Operations dispatcher must be able to :
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Have the ability to engage and influence others
- Have excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Have competent computer skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Facilitate the behind-the-scenes operations of our charter & shuttle departments
- Dispatch drivers and remain in continual communication with various departments
- Relay information to customers
- Other duties and administrative tasks as assigned
- Must be available Monday-Friday during commute hours.
- Experience with Dispatching not required, but preferred.
- Experience with transportation operating software highly desirable.
